Start at the Chattanooga Choo Choo hotel, located at 1400 Market St, Chattanooga, TN. Take the CARTA bus #4 Lookout Mountain route. The bus runs every 30 minutes. Ride the bus and disembark at the Lookout Mountain stop. From there, you can either walk (approximately 1 mile uphill) or catch a rideshare to reach Point Park.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown Chattanooga. Head west on Riverfront Parkway, then take the path to the Lookout Mountain trail. Follow the signs leading up Lookout Mountain. It is a steep climb, so be prepared for a workout. The bike ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

From downtown Chattanooga, walk over to the Tennessee Riverwalk and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Lookout Mountain trailhead. This route is scenic but involves a steep ascent. The walk is about 3 miles and will take roughly 1.5 hours. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water.
