Public Transit
From downtown Chattanooga, head to the nearest CARTA bus stop. Take the Bus Route 1 (North Shore route) towards the North Shore. Ride until you reach the stop at the Chattanooga Market stop. Transfer to Bus Route 2 (Signal Mountain route) and continue to the Signal Mountain Road and Highway 27 stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile along Signal Mountain Road until you reach the intersection with Game Reserve Road. Turn left onto Game Reserve Road and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. Snooper's Rock will be on your right.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental stations in downtown Chattanooga. Start your ride on the Riverwalk heading towards the north. Continue on the Riverwalk until you reach the intersection with Signal Mountain Road. From there, turn right and bike up Signal Mountain Road, which will lead you towards Game Reserve Road. Once you reach Game Reserve Road, turn left and continue for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Snooper's Rock.
