From the center of Downtown Chattanooga, head south on Market Street towards the Tennessee Aquarium. Continue walking until you reach the riverfront. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the waterfront. Follow the path until you see the entrance to Bluff View Art District. Enter the district, and you will see signs directing you to Bluff View Avenue. Walk up Bluff View Avenue, and you should find Williams Stairway at 10 Bluff View Ave.
