Car

If you are driving from Dollywood, exit the park and head northwest on Dollywood Parks Blvd toward the Parkway (US-441). Merge onto Parkway (US-441) heading north. Continue for about 3.5 miles, and you will find Alcatraz East Crime Museum located at 2757 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 on your right. Parking is available near the museum, and there may be a parking fee depending on the time of year.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, you can take the Pigeon Forge Trolley. Board the trolley at one of the designated stops in Dollywood. You will want to catch the trolley that goes towards the Parkway. The trolley ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to 2757 Parkway, and you will see Alcatraz East Crime Museum within walking distance. Make sure to check the trolley schedule for the latest times and routes. A one-way fare on the trolley is approximately $1.
