    Car

    If you are driving from Dollywood, start by exiting the theme park and head west on Dollywood Parks Blvd. Continue straight until you reach TN-441 S. Merge onto TN-441 S and follow it for about 2.5 miles. Take the exit towards Pigeon Forge and merge onto the Parkway (US-441). After about 2 miles, turn right onto TN-71 (also known as Wears Valley Road). Continue on TN-71 for approximately 1 mile, and Heritage Carriage Rides will be on your left at 2530 TN-71.

    Public Transportation

    Public transportation options are limited in Pigeon Forge, but one option is to use the local trolley service. From Dollywood, walk to the nearest trolley stop on Dollywood Parks Blvd. Take the trolley that heads towards the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of TN-71 and the Parkway. From there, it will be about a 15-minute walk. Walk west on the Parkway, then turn right onto TN-71. Walk about 0.5 miles, and Heritage Carriage Rides will be on your left at 2530 TN-71. Note that trolley fares are typically around $1 per ride.
