From Fall Creek Falls State Park, start by heading southwest on Park Road toward TN-284 S. Follow Park Road and take a left onto TN-284 S. Continue on TN-284 S for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with US-411 S. Turn right onto US-411 S and follow it for about 12 miles. Take the exit toward TN-68 S/Tellico Plains. Merge onto TN-68 S and continue for about 8 miles until you reach the town of Tellico Plains. Once in Tellico Plains, turn right onto River Road. Bald River Falls will be located a short distance down River Road on your right. Look for the signs indicating the falls.
