Starting from the main entrance of Fall Creek Falls State Park, head southwest on Park Road. Follow signs for the Visitor Center. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto TN-284 South. Continue for about 4 miles. Turn left onto White's Cave Road, and follow it until you reach the Lost Creek Falls & Cave Trailhead parking area, which will be on your left. Make sure to park in the designated lot.

From there, you would need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to the park entrance. Once at Fall Creek Falls State Park, follow the car guidance above to reach Lost Creek Falls & Cave Trailhead.

Start from the Visitor Center, walk southwest on Park Road, and follow the same route as the car directions mentioned earlier. It is approximately a 1-hour walk to the trailhead from the Visitor Center, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
