Continue walking until you reach the Union fortifications located directly on US-31, Franklin, TN 37064. Be cautious while walking along the roadside, as traffic can be heavy.

When you reach the intersection with US-31, turn left onto US-31 (Nashville Rd). There are bike-friendly paths for part of this route. Continue biking for about 1 mile, where you will see signs for the historical landmarks. The Union fortifications of Roper’s Knob will be located on your right along US-31. This trip will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your biking speed.
