Walking
From the center of Gatlinburg, head northeast on the Parkway (US-441) towards Pigeon Forge. It's about a 6-mile walk, which should take approximately 2 hours. Along the way, enjoy the scenic views and attractions. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Pigeon Forge. Continue on the Parkway, and you'll find the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine at 2865 Parkway on your right.

Public Transit
Start at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center, located at 756 Parkway, Gatlinburg. Board the Pigeon Forge Trolley at the Welcome Center. Choose the green route, which heads towards Pigeon Forge. The trolley ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine (the stop is usually announced). Walk about 0.2 miles south along the Parkway, and you will see the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine at 2865 Parkway.
