Walking
If you are in downtown Gatlinburg, head east on Parkway (US-441) towards the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Continue walking for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with East Parkway. Turn left onto East Parkway and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will then see Brookside Village Way on your right. Turn onto Brookside Village Way, and the Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum will be located at 461 Brookside Village Way. Follow the signs for the museum as you walk along this charming street.

From the Gatlinburg Trolley Station located at 1001 Parkway, take the red route trolley towards the Arts and Crafts Community. Stay on the trolley for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop labeled Brookside Village. Once you exit, walk down Brookside Village Way for a short distance, and the Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum will be on your left at 461 Brookside Village Way.
