From downtown Johnson City, head east on W Main St toward the intersection with S Roan St. Turn left onto S Roan St and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Fairview Ave. Take a right onto E Fairview Ave and walk for another 0.3 miles. At the intersection with Denny Mill Rd, turn left. Continue on Denny Mill Rd for approximately 1 mile, and the Knob Creek Historical Museum will be on your right at 243 Denny Mill Rd.
