If you're starting from the Pigeon Forge Welcome Center located at 1701 W. Parkway, exit the center and head east on W. Parkway. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto The Island Dr. Continue on The Island Dr for approximately 0.5 miles. The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel will be on your left, located at 131 The Island Dr, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.

You can take the Pigeon Forge Trolley from various stops in Pigeon Forge. Board the trolley at the nearest stop to your location. Make sure to get on the Yellow Route which heads towards The Island. Stay on the trolley for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at The Island. Once you get off, walk a short distance along The Island Dr, and The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel will be directly ahead at 131 The Island Dr.
