From Nashville, TN, take I-40 E towards Knoxville. After about 60 miles, take exit 172 for US-412 E towards Jackson. Continue on US-412 E for approximately 30 miles until you reach Hohenwald. Once in Hohenwald, turn left onto Fall Hollow Trail, where you'll find the parking area for Fall Hollow Falls. Note that the trailhead is about 5 miles from downtown Hohenwald.
