Then, turn right onto Hillsboro Hwy (TN-55). Continue on Hillsboro Hwy for about 5 miles until you reach May Prairie State Natural Area, which will be on your left. There is no entry fee for the natural area, but be sure to confirm any parking regulations.

    If you are coming from Chattanooga, take I-24 West toward Nashville. After approximately 50 miles, take exit 81 for US-41 toward Manchester.
