    If you are starting from downtown Abilene, head to the nearest bus stop on Pine Street. Board the CityLink bus route that heads towards the South E. Hwy 80 area. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of S. 14th Street and Zoo Lane. From there, walk east on Zoo Lane for about 10 minutes until you reach Abilene Zoo at 2070 Zoo Ln.

  • Bicycle

    For those who prefer biking, start on S. 1st Street heading west. Continue until you reach the intersection with S. 14th Street. Turn left onto S. 14th Street and continue south until you reach Zoo Lane. Turn right onto Zoo Lane and bike for about 1 mile. The zoo entrance will be on your left at 2070 Zoo Ln.

    If you are nearby, simply walk towards S. 14th Street and head south. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Zoo Lane. Turn right onto Zoo Lane and walk east for about 0.5 miles. The entrance to Abilene Zoo is located at 2070 Zoo Ln, which will be on your left.
