If you are in downtown Abilene, start at the Abilene Plaza. Head north on N 1st St. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Look for the intersection with Pine St. Continue on N 1st St, and you will see the Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau at 1101 N 1st St on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Cedar St.
