To reach Old Bakery and Emporium from anywhere in Austin using public transportation, first locate the nearest bus stop that services the Capital Metro buses. Depending on your current location, you can take either Route 1 (North Lamar/South Congress) or Route 4 (Cesar Chavez). If you board Route 1, stay on until you reach the stop at 10th St. and Congress Ave. If you take Route 4, get off at 10th St. and Guadalupe St. From either stop, walk two blocks south on Congress Ave. The Old Bakery and Emporium will be on your left at 1006 Congress Ave.
