    Walking

    If you are starting from the Texas State Capitol, head west on 11th Street. Continue straight for about four blocks until you reach Colorado Street. Turn right onto Colorado Street and walk north. The Texas Governor's Mansion will be on your left at 1010 Colorado St, just after you pass 10th Street.

    Public Transit (Bus)

    From the Austin Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at 2nd Street and Congress Avenue. Take Bus Route 4 (MLK - North Lamar) heading north. Get off at the stop at 11th Street and Colorado Street. From there, walk west on 11th Street for about two blocks, then turn right onto Colorado Street. The Texas Governor's Mansion will be on your left at 1010 Colorado St.

    Biking

    If you’re near Lady Bird Lake, rent a bike and head north on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. Exit the trail at the 15th Street exit and continue on 15th Street until you reach Colorado Street. Turn right on Colorado Street and head south. The Texas Governor's Mansion is located at 1010 Colorado St, just past 10th Street on your left.
