If you are starting at the Texas State Capitol, head west on 15th St toward Congress Ave. Continue on 15th St, which becomes W 15th St. After a few blocks, turn left onto Baylor St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach Treaty Oak Square at 507 Baylor St. The park will be on your left.
