Walking
From South Congress Avenue, head south toward Oltorf Street. Walk along South Congress until you reach the intersection with Oltorf Street. Turn left onto Oltorf Street and continue walking east. After about a 15-minute walk, you'll come to the intersection with South 1st Street. Continue straight on Oltorf Street which will become Lareina Drive. The Cathedral of Junk is located at 4422 Lareina Dr, which will be on your left. Look for the colorful sculptures and art installations that signify your arrival.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take the Capital Metro bus. From South Congress, locate the nearest bus stop for Route 10 (South Congress to 38th Street). Board the bus and ride it towards 38th Street. Get off at the stop at Oltorf Street and South 1st Street. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral of Junk. Head east on Oltorf Street until it turns into Lareina Drive. The Cathedral will be at 4422 Lareina Dr on your left. Make sure to check the Capital Metro website for the latest bus schedules and fares, which are usually around $1.25 per ride.
