Car
If you are driving from downtown Austin, take I-35 North and merge onto US-183 North. Continue on US-183 North for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward Anderson Mill Rd, and keep right at the fork to continue on US-183 N. After about 1 mile, you will see the Austin Aquarium on your right at 13530 US-183 #101. There is ample parking available.
Public Transportation
To reach the Austin Aquarium by public transportation, head to the nearest Capital Metro bus stop. Take Route 383 (Northwest) from downtown Austin. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at US-183 and Anderson Mill Rd. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the aquarium. You will see the aquarium located on the right at 13530 US-183 #101.
Car
If you are coming from the north suburbs, take US-183 South. Continue on US-183 South for about 10 miles. Take the exit toward Anderson Mill Rd, and keep left to stay on US-183 S. After about 1 mile, you will see the Austin Aquarium on your left at 13530 US-183 #101. There are several parking spots available.
Public Transportation
To arrive at the Austin Aquarium using public transport from the north, board the Capital Metro Route 20 (Cameron Rd) bus. Ride the bus for about 40 minutes and disembark at the US-183 and Anderson Mill Rd stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes heading south, and you will arrive at the aquarium located at 13530 US-183 #101.
