Take exit 234C for 15th St. toward Texas State Capitol. Continue on 15th St, then turn left onto Congress Ave. The Texas Capitol will be on your right at 1100 Congress Ave.

    From the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, take the Capital Metro bus 20 (Manor Road) towards the downtown area. After approximately 30-40 minutes, disembark at the stop at 15th St & Congress Ave. Walk north on Congress Ave for about 3 minutes. The Texas Capitol will be on your left at 1100 Congress Ave.

    If you are coming from San Antonio, take I-35 N for about 80 miles. As you approach downtown Austin, take exit 234C for 15th St. toward Texas State Capitol. Continue on 15th St, then turn left onto Congress Ave. The Texas Capitol will be on your right at 1100 Congress Ave.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are in downtown Austin, you can take the MetroRapid Bus 801 or 803. Board the bus at any downtown stop heading towards the Texas Capitol. Get off at the stop at 15th St & Congress Ave. The Texas Capitol will be directly across the street at 1100 Congress Ave.

    From Round Rock, take I-35 S towards Austin. Continue on I-35 S for about 20 miles and take exit 234C for 15th St. toward Texas State Capitol. Continue on 15th St, then turn left onto Congress Ave. The Texas Capitol will be on your right at 1100 Congress Ave.
