Car
From any location in East Texas, head towards Interstate 20 (I-20) or U.S. Highway 69. If you're in Tyler, take Highway 64 west to merge onto I-20 west. Continue on I-20 for about 90 miles. Then, take exit 610A for I-35 South toward Waco/Austin. Continue on I-35 South for approximately 100 miles. Once you reach downtown Austin, take exit 234B for 15th St/6th St. Follow the signs to 6th Street and park at a nearby garage. The Museum of the Weird is located at 412 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78701.

If you're traveling via public transportation, start by taking a Greyhound bus or Amtrak train to Austin. Once you arrive in Austin, use the Capital Metro public transit system. From the bus or train station, take the MetroRail Red Line towards Leander. Get off at the Downtown Station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Museum of the Weird, located at 412 E 6th St. Follow the directions to head east on 4th St and then turn left onto 6th St to reach your destination.
