Walking
If you are starting from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, head south on Seawall Blvd toward 21st St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach 25th St. Turn right on 25th St and walk for approximately 0.3 miles. At the intersection of 25th St and Harborside Dr, you will see the Moody Gardens entrance. Follow the signs toward the Discovery Pyramid, which is located within the Moody Gardens complex.

From the Galveston Ferry Terminal, take the bike path along Ferry Rd. Turn left onto 14th St and then right onto Seawall Blvd. Cycle along Seawall Blvd for about 1.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with 25th St, turn left and continue on 25th St for about 0.3 miles until you reach Harborside Dr. Turn right at Harborside Dr and follow the signs to Moody Gardens.
