If you're near the Strand Historic District, start by heading southeast on 20th Street towards Mechanic Street. Turn left onto Mechanic Street and walk towards the Seawall Boulevard. Once you reach the intersection with Seawall Boulevard, turn right and continue walking along the Seawall. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will arrive at the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier located at 2501 Seawall Blvd.

You can take the Island Transit bus service. Look for the bus stop near your location and board the bus heading towards the Seawall. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus times. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the Pleasure Pier. After getting off the bus, walk towards Seawall Boulevard, and you will see the entrance to the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier.

Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Galveston. Start your ride from the rental location and head towards the Seawall. Follow the bike lanes along the Seawall Boulevard, enjoying the scenic views of the coast. After about 1.5 miles, you will reach the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier at 2501 Seawall Blvd. There are bike racks available at the pier for you to secure your bike.
