If you are near the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, head east along Seawall Boulevard until you reach 25th Street. Turn left onto 25th Street and continue walking until you reach The Strand, then turn right. Patrick’s Bar will be on your left at 2411 The Strand B.
