If you are starting from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, head east on Seawall Blvd toward 21st St. Continue on Seawall Blvd until you reach 25th St. Turn left onto 25th St and walk north until you reach The Strand. Turn right onto The Strand, and you will find the Nia Cultural Center at 2217 The Strand on your left.
