If you are starting from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, head northeast towards 25th Street. Walk along the Seawall Boulevard until you reach 25th Street. Turn left onto 25th Street and continue walking for about 5 blocks until you reach 517 25th St, which is the location of the Tourist Information Center, a great place to find things to do in Galveston.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Strand Historic District. Head north on 22nd Street and take a right on Mechanic Street. Continue east until you reach 25th Street, then turn left. Ride straight for about 3 blocks until you reach 517 25th St, where the Tourist Information Center is located. This route is flat and easy to navigate.

To reach the Tourist Information Center using public transportation, locate the nearest Galveston Island Transit bus stop. Take the bus that routes towards the Strand. After a short ride, get off at the 25th Street stop. From there, walk two blocks south on 25th Street until you arrive at 517 25th St. The Tourist Information Center is on your right.
