Getting There

• Public Transport - Bus

  Start at The Woodlands Waterway and head to the nearest bus stop. Take the 1 - Woodlands Express to the North Harris Montgomery Community College District, where you can transfer to a Metro bus service. Use Metro Route 82 towards the Washington Avenue Coalition area. Disembark at the Haskell St. stop. From there, walk approximately 0.2 miles east along Haskell St. until you reach the Camp Logan Historical Marker located at 6235-6399 Haskell St.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from a local bike rental service in The Woodlands. Begin your ride towards the Woodlands Parkway. Continue on the bike path that leads you southeast until you reach the intersection with I-45. Follow the bike lanes along the road until you get to Houston. Once you reach Houston, head towards Washington Avenue. Use a navigation app to guide you to 6235-6399 Haskell St, where the Camp Logan Historical Marker is located.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start at The Woodlands Town Center. Head south towards Research Forest Dr and follow the path along the waterway leading to Lake Woodlands. Continue towards the south until you reach the busier roads. Once you hit I-45, navigate towards Washington Avenue. It is a longer trek, approximately 20 miles, so be prepared for a long walk or consider using public transport for part of the journey.
