Bus
Start at The Woodlands Mall Bus Station. Board the bus route 216 towards Houston. Stay on the bus for about 25-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Downtown Houston' stop. From there, you can walk to Henry Staiti House, which is located at 4156 Walker-McKinney. It’s about a 10-minute walk. Head east on Walker Street, then turn right onto McKinney Street. The house will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in The Woodlands. Start at The Woodlands Waterway and head southeast towards Grogans Mill Road. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with I-45. Cross over and continue onto Washington Avenue. Follow the bike lane until you reach downtown Houston. Once in downtown, navigate to McKinney Street and follow it to 4156 Walker-McKinney, where the Henry Staiti House is located.

If you're up for a long walk, you can walk from The Woodlands to Downtown Houston, which is approximately 30 miles. Start at The Woodlands Waterway and head south. Take the walking paths that lead towards Grogans Mill Road, then follow the paths towards the I-45 overpass. Once you cross, continue directly south through the various parks and sidewalks until you reach downtown. Once in downtown, head to McKinney Street and continue to 4156 Walker-McKinney for the Henry Staiti House.
