To reach NRG Stadium from downtown Houston, take the METRO Bus Route 50 (Woodridge) from the Main Street Square Station. Board the bus heading towards the 'Fannin South' direction. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the 'NRG Park' stop. Once you get off, walk about 5 minutes towards NRG Pkwy, and you will see NRG Stadium ahead.

From the downtown area, board the METRORail Red Line at the Main Street Square Station. Travel southbound towards 'Fannin South.' Get off at the 'Smith Lands' station after approximately 15 minutes. From there, exit the station and walk about 15 minutes southwest towards NRG Stadium, following signs to NRG Pkwy.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services. Start from downtown Houston and head south on the dedicated bike lanes along Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Holcombe Blvd. Turn left onto Holcombe Blvd and follow it until you reach NRG Pkwy. The stadium will be right there.

If you are close to the stadium, walking is an excellent option. From the nearest major landmark, such as the Houston Zoo, head east on Hermann Park Drive. When you reach the intersection with NRG Pkwy, turn left and continue walking straight for about 10 minutes to reach NRG Stadium. The stadium's entrance will be on your right.
