Walking
From the center of Downtown Lubbock, head east on 19th Street toward University Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Canyon Lake Drive. Turn right onto Canyon Lake Drive. The American Windmill Museum will be on your left at 1701 Canyon Lake Dr, Lubbock, TX 79403. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike-sharing stations in Downtown Lubbock. Start by heading east on 19th Street, then turn right onto University Avenue. Continue cycling straight for about 1 mile. When you reach Canyon Lake Drive, turn right, and the American Windmill Museum will be on your left. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
Public Transit (Bus)
Take the Citibus from Downtown Lubbock. Board at the nearest bus stop, typically on 19th Street.
