    If you're starting from the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center located at 1501 Mac Davis Lane, head east on Mac Davis Lane towards Texas Avenue. Turn right onto Texas Avenue and walk south until you reach 19th Street. Turn left on 19th Street and walk east until you reach Crickets Avenue. The Buddy Holly Center is located at 1801 Crickets Ave, on your right-hand side. This walk should take about 20 minutes.

    You can take the Citibus Route 1 (Red Route) from the nearest bus stop in Downtown Lubbock. Board the bus at the stop located at the Lubbock County Courthouse, which is at 904 Broadway St. Ride the bus towards the Buddy Holly Center and get off at the stop nearest to 19th Street and Crickets Avenue. From there, walk a short distance east on 19th Street, then turn right onto Crickets Avenue. The Buddy Holly Center will be on your left. The bus fare is $1.00.
