    To reach the Texas Capitol from McKinney Falls State Park by car, start by exiting the park onto Elgin Rd. Continue on Elgin Rd until you reach the intersection with US-183 N. Merge onto US-183 N and continue for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit toward 15th St/Anderson Ln. Continue straight to stay on 15th St. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Congress Ave. The Texas Capitol will be on your left at 1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701. There is parking available in the vicinity, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
