    From anywhere in Piney Woods, head towards Coldspring, TX. If you're near Livingston, take US-59 S towards Coldspring. Exit onto TX-150 W and continue for about 10 miles. When you reach Coldspring, take a right onto FM 2025. Continue on FM 2025 for about 5 miles. The Double Lake Recreation Area will be on your left at 301 FM 2025, Coldspring, TX 77331. There is no entry fee for the recreation area.
