If you are starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head south on Naresuan Road. Continue walking down until you reach the intersection with Rojana Road. Turn left onto Rojana Road and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Pratuchai Road. Turn right onto Pratuchai Road and walk straight. The Ayutthaya National Art Museum will be on your left side, just before you reach the Pratu Chai Sub-district.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Ayutthaya Historical Park. From the park, cycle down Naresuan Road heading south. When you reach the intersection with Rojana Road, turn left. Continue cycling for about 10 minutes and then turn right onto Pratuchai Road. The museum will be on your left side after a short ride on Pratuchai Road.
