If you are in Rattanakosin, Phra Sumen Fort is easily accessible on foot. Start from the Grand Palace, head north on Na Phra Lan Road for about 15 minutes until you reach Phra Athit Road. Turn left onto Phra Athit Road, and continue for another 5 minutes. Phra Sumen Fort will be on your right, just past the intersection with Chana Songkhram Road.

For a more adventurous option, you can take a tuk-tuk from any point within Rattanakosin. Simply tell the driver 'Phra Sumen Fort' or show them the address: QF7W+H7W, Phra Athit Rd, Chana Songkhram. The ride should cost around 60-100 THB depending on your starting point and the traffic conditions. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to reach the fort.
