Car
If you are driving from Chanthaburi city, take Highway 3 (Sukhumvit Road) towards Laem Sing. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Highway 317. Turn left onto Highway 317 and follow it for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Soi Dao. From Soi Dao, follow the signs leading to Sai Khao. The sanctuary entrance is located in Sai Khao, Soi Dao District, Chanthaburi 22180. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To use public transportation, start at Chanthaburi Bus Terminal. Take a bus to Soi Dao, which typically runs every hour. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Soi Dao, you can hire a local songthaew (shared taxi) or motorbike taxi to take you to the Khao Soi Dao Wildlife Sanctuary entrance in Sai Khao. Be prepared to negotiate the fare with the driver. The total cost for the bus is around 50-70 THB, and the songthaew fare will vary but is usually around 100-150 THB.

Motorbike Rental
For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorbike in Chanthaburi. After renting, follow the same directions as if you were driving a car: take Highway 3 towards Laem Sing, then Highway 317 to Soi Dao. Riding a motorbike gives you flexibility to explore the area, but ensure you have a valid driver’s license and are familiar with local traffic rules. Rental costs are usually around 200-400 THB per day.
