Getting There

Tuk Tuk
From the Old City, find a Tuk Tuk near Thapae Gate. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Baan Kang Wat' at 191-197 ซอย วัดอุโมงค์. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The Tuk Tuk will drop you off directly at the entrance.

Head to a nearby Songthaew stop, such as the one outside the Old City walls. Look for a red Songthaew heading towards Suthep. Once you're on, inform the driver that you want to go to 'Baan Kang Wat.' The fare is usually around 20-30 THB. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at 'ซอย วัดอุโมงค์' where the location is situated.

If you are staying in the Suthep area, you can walk to Baan Kang Wat. Head south on Huay Kaew Road until you reach the intersection with Soi Wat Umong. Turn left onto Soi Wat Umong, and continue straight until you reach the entrance at 191-197 ซอย วัดอุโมงค์. This walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
