From the Old City area of Chiang Mai, find a tuk-tuk stand or flag one down. Tell the driver you want to go to Camp Chang Kalim. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Ensure you have the correct address written down, which is 163/2 Kamala Soi 16 Rd, Pa Tong, Kathu District, Phuket 83150, to show the driver.

Head to the nearest songthaew (red truck) pickup point. Inform the driver you want to go to Camp Chang Kalim. The fare is usually negotiable, so confirm the price before getting in. This option will also take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

For the more adventurous, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Start from the Old City and head towards the Ping River. Follow the river north, and then take the first right onto Kamala Soi 16 Rd. Continue until you reach Camp Chang Kalim. This journey could take around 1 hour, depending on your cycling speed.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Old City and head north towards the Ping River. Once at the river, follow it north until you reach the intersection with Kamala Soi 16 Rd. Turn right and walk along the road until you reach Camp Chang Kalim. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
