Once you arrive at Patong Beach, look for boat operators offering trips to Freedom Beach. The boats usually depart from the beach area near the northern end of Patong Beach. Make sure to negotiate the price before boarding, and enjoy a scenic ride that takes about 15 minutes to reach the beautiful Freedom Beach.

Hiking

If you prefer a more adventurous approach, you can hike to Freedom Beach. Start from the southern end of Patong Beach, where you will find a path leading up the hill. Follow the trail, which is marked but may be steep in some sections. The hike takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you reach the top, follow the signs that lead down to Freedom Beach. This route offers stunning views of the coastline, but be sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water.
