Walking
If you are in the Old City area, head east toward Chang Klan Road. Walk along Ratchadamnoen Road until you reach the intersection with Charoen Prathet Road. Turn left onto Charoen Prathet Road, and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will find Wat Chai Mongkhon on your right at 133 Charoen Prathet Road.
Tuk-tuk
Find a tuk-tuk stand or flag down a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver 'Wat Chai Mongkhon on Charoen Prathet Road.' The driver should understand and take you directly there. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Songthaew
Look for a red songthaew (shared taxi) on the street. Get on and tell the driver 'Wat Chai Mongkhon' or 'Charoen Prathet Road.' The fare is usually around 20-30 THB per person. The songthaew will drop you off near the temple, and you may have to walk a short distance.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Start from the Old City and head southeast toward the Night Bazaar. Follow the signs to Charoen Prathet Road, and then ride for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Wat Chai Mongkhon on your right. Make sure to follow local traffic rules and be cautious on the roads.
