If you are in the city center of Chiang Rai, you can easily walk to the Chiang Rai Clock Tower. Start at the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar, located at the intersection of Phaholyothin Road and Wiang Phang Kha Road. From the Night Bazaar, head east on Phaholyothin Road for about 500 meters. You will see the Clock Tower on your left-hand side, just before reaching the intersection with Thanalai Road.

To take a Tuk Tuk to the Chiang Rai Clock Tower, find a Tuk Tuk stand near your location or hail one on the street. Once inside, tell the driver 'Chiang Rai Clock Tower' or show them the address: 'WR4J+V94 สุขสถิต, Tambon Wiang'. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on your starting point. The driver will drop you off right at the Clock Tower.
