Walking
If you are in the center of Chiang Rai, start at the Clock Tower, which is a well-known landmark. From the Clock Tower, head east on Phaholyothin Road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Singhaclai Road. Turn left onto Singhaclai Road and walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer. You will find the Chiang Rai City tram on your right side at the address WR6Q+5VJ, Singhaclai Rd.

Songthaew
You can catch a songthaew (shared taxi) from various spots in Chiang Rai. Head to a nearby songthaew stop, such as near the Clock Tower or the bus station. Inform the driver that you want to go to Singhaclai Road, and they will drop you off close to the tram location. The fare should be around 20-30 THB. Once you get off, walk a short distance (about 200 meters) along Singhaclai Road to reach the Chiang Rai City tram.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Chiang Rai. From the Clock Tower, head east on Phaholyothin Road and then turn left onto Singhaclai Road. It's about a 2-kilometer ride. There are bike lanes along the way, making it safe and enjoyable. Once you reach the Chiang Rai City tram at WR6Q+5VJ, you can park your bike nearby.
