Getting There

  • Songthaew

    From the center of Chiang Rai, you can catch a songthaew (shared taxi) from the bus station or the main street near the clock tower. Look for songthaews heading towards Mae Kon or Singha Park, which are usually marked. The fare to Singha Park is about 20-30 THB. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of Singha Park.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    For a more direct and quicker option, you can hire a tuk-tuk. Negotiate the fare before setting off; it should cost around 150-250 THB from the city center to Singha Park. Make sure to provide the driver with the park's address: VP4H+V45, Mae Kon, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai 57000.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Chiang Rai. Head southwest on Khun Kon Road, then turn onto Mae Kon Road after about 5 km.
