Car
If you are driving, navigate to Doi Inthanon National Park. Use GPS coordinates 18.5558697, 98.4822195 to find the Kew Mae Pan nature trail. Once inside the national park, follow the signs towards Kew Mae Pan trailhead. There is a small entrance fee for the national park, which is approximately 300 THB for adults and 150 THB for children. Parking is available at the trailhead.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a bus or minivan from Chiang Mai to Chom Thong. The fare is around 50-100 THB. Once you arrive in Chom Thong, you can catch a songthaew (a shared taxi) to Doi Inthanon National Park. The fare for the songthaew is about 200-300 THB per person, and you may need to wait for it to fill up with passengers. Inform the driver you want to go to Kew Mae Pan nature trail. After arriving at the park entrance, you will pay the entrance fee of 300 THB for adults and 150 THB for children before continuing to the trailhead.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing Service
You can use a local taxi or a ride-sharing service like Grab from your location in Doi Inthanon directly to Kew Mae Pan nature trail. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip. Expect to pay around 600-1000 THB depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the trailhead, where you will also need to pay the national park entrance fee of 300 THB for adults and 150 THB for children.
