If you are driving from the Golden Triangle area, start on Route 1 (Phetchahul Road) heading towards Chiang Saen. After approximately 30 kilometers, turn left onto Route 1020. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the town of Chiang Saen. As you enter the town, follow signs for 'Wat Pa Sak' and 'Historical Sites'. The temple ruins are located in the Wiang area of Chiang Saen District, approximately 1 kilometer from the town center. Parking is available near the site.

To reach Wat Pa Sak from the Golden Triangle using public transport, you can take a bus or minivan from the main bus station. Look for services heading to Chiang Saen. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Chiang Saen bus station, you can either walk (approximately 1 kilometer) or hire a local tuk-tuk to take you to Wat Pa Sak Historical Site. Make sure to confirm the fare with the tuk-tuk driver before starting your journey.
