If you're driving, start from the main road on Koh Chang. Navigate towards White Sand Beach (Haad Sai Khao) and keep following the signs for Klong Prao Beach. Continue driving south until you reach the intersection near Klong Prao Beach. Turn right at the intersection, and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. The Shrine of Admiral Krom Luang Jumborn Khet Udomsaki will be on your left. Look for the entrance with the prominent shrine structures. Parking is usually available nearby, but be prepared for local parking fees which can vary.

To reach the shrine via taxi, simply ask your hotel or local shop to call a taxi for you and give the driver the address: 37VG+9G3, Ko Chang, Ko Chang District, Trat 23170. Taxis on Koh Chang are generally metered, but you can also negotiate a fare in advance if the taxi doesn't have a meter. The ride from areas like White Sand Beach or Klong Prao Beach should take around 15-20 minutes, costing approximately 200-400 THB depending on your starting point.
