Car
If you are driving, head towards the southern part of Koh Lanta. From Saladan Pier, take the main road (Route 4245) heading south. Continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass several beaches on your left, including Klong Dao and Long Beach. Keep an eye out for signs towards National Park. Eventually, you will come to an intersection where you need to turn left onto the Unnamed Road. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. There is no entry fee for this location.
Public Transportation (Songthaew)
To reach the viewpoint using public transportation, take a Songthaew (shared taxi) from your location. Head to the nearest Songthaew stop and tell the driver you want to go to the viewpoint. The fare should be around 50-100 THB depending on your starting point. The Songthaew will drop you off at the main entrance of the National Park. From there, it is a short walk to the viewpoint. Make sure to ask the driver to confirm the drop-off point as the route may vary.
Bike Rental
Another option is to rent a motorbike. Various rental shops are available throughout Koh Lanta. Expect to pay around 200-300 THB for a day. Once you have your bike, follow the same route as if you were driving a car. The advantage of a bike is the flexibility it offers to explore the area at your own pace. Remember to wear a helmet and drive safely. Parking is available near the viewpoint.
Walking/Hiking
If you are staying close to the viewpoint and prefer to walk, you can do so by following the trails that lead to the area. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. The scenic walk may take you through local beauty and is a great way to experience the natural surroundings.
