Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Thong Sala, the main town on Koh Phangan. Head north on Route 4161. Continue driving for about 8 kilometers until you reach the junction for Haad Yuan. Turn left at the junction, following the signs for Ko Ma viewpoint. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs indicating the parking area for Ko Ma viewpoint. There is no entrance fee, but parking may cost around 20-50 THB.

Public Transportation (Songthaew)
To reach Ko Ma viewpoint using public transportation, take a songthaew (shared taxi) from Thong Sala. Look for the songthaew that goes to Chaloklum or Haad Yuan. Inform the driver that you are heading to Ko Ma viewpoint. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes and will cost you approximately 50-100 THB per person. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the viewpoint; from there, it is a short walk to the viewpoint area.

Motorbike Rental
Renting a motorbike is a popular option for exploring Koh Phangan. If you choose this method, rent a motorbike from one of the shops in Thong Sala. Make sure you have a valid driver's license and wear a helmet for safety. Follow the same route as you would when driving a car, heading north on Route 4161, then turning left at the junction for Haad Yuan. There is a parking area available at Ko Ma viewpoint, and renting a motorbike typically costs around 150-300 THB per day.

If you are staying nearby in the Chaloklum area, you can walk to Ko Ma viewpoint. The walk will take around 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace. Start at Chaloklum beach and head north along the coast. Follow the signs towards Ko Ma viewpoint. The walk offers beautiful views, but be sure to hydrate and wear comfortable shoes.
